Teachers use it to share what’s happening throughout the day through photos, videos, and messages that make parents feel like they’re there. It’s actively used in over 95% of US schools, reaching over 50 million children in 180 countries, with a team of just around 200 people. We are now beginning to use this network to give kids the best learning experiences in the world, far beyond those a standard school can provide.

In Short

  • Join the Customer Experience (CX) Team for the 2025 Back-to-School season.
  • Support parents, teachers, and school leaders through product inquiries.
  • Engage customers via email and provide exceptional support.
  • Participate in a 3-week onboarding program.
  • Work full-time from July 1 - October 16, 2026.
  • Flexibility in work hours is required.
  • Remote position with necessary equipment provided.
  • Ideal for candidates with education experience.
  • Collaborate with a team to improve support processes.
  • Must be adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing positions is essential.
  • Service mindset with a focus on empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for collaboration.
  • Willingness to cover weekend shifts if needed.
  • Direct teaching or school leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience with customer service ticketing software, preferably Zendesk.
