Overview

The Business Development Executive at Clariti is responsible for expanding the company's footprint within the local Public Sector, specifically in the Community Development sector, by developing and executing a territory sales plan.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Facilitate the entire sales cycle, including meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Learn the solution and communicate strategically with potential clients.
  • Represent Clariti in client meetings and marketing events.
  • Support proposal development activities with client needs analysis.
  • Utilize superior communication skills to develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand the Public Sector and develop sales strategies.
  • Adhere to predetermined metrics and overachieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and selling SaaS solutions.
  • 5 or more years of experience selling software and service business solutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years selling into state/local government.
  • Expertise in managing complex sales opportunities.
  • Experience developing executive-level relationships.
  • Knowledge of State/local Procurement processes.
  • Passion for selling and strong people skills.
  • Experience with over-achieving sales goals.
  • Technically adept with web technologies.
  • Ability to travel throughout the US and Canada.
