In Short

• Responsible for delivering on data engineering initiatives.
• Own and drive multiple major workstreams related to data aggregation.
• Design and oversee technology architecture for handling structured and unstructured data.
• Lead offshore software engineers and manage work items in Jira.
• Produce architecture and data-flow diagrams for system understanding.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 policies.
• Support operational excellence through team rotations and system reviews.
• Participate in planning and roadmap meetings.
• Encourage team culture and professional development.
• Facilitate tech talks and demos for continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5 years leading other software engineers.
• Expertise in data architecture and BI systems.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5 years of Python, Typescript, and SQL experience.
• 5 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling.
• Deep expertise & certifications on AWS.
