  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in revenue operations and marketing technology.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business impact.
  • Understanding of top funnel mechanics.
  • Experience with AI in operational tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to learn basic scripting and programming.
  • MBA or equivalent management experience is a plus.
