Business Operations Co-op - Remote

Overview

Sublime Systems is seeking a creative and dynamic Operations Co-op to contribute to various initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes and supporting overall team growth. This role provides real-world exposure to the intersection of communication strategies and operational execution, with extensive mentorship from experienced team members.

In Short

• Temporary six-month full-time position.
• Pay of $25 an hour.
• On-site in Somerville, Massachusetts at least four days per week.
• Option to work remotely one day per week.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize processes.
• Reporting and data projects using Salesforce.
• Assist in planning team programming and social events.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor internal requests and respond professionally.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for operational strategies.

Requirements

• Pursuing a B.S. in operations, business, environmental science, or related field.
• Strong passion for climate technology or operational processes.
• Ability to take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Zoom, Slack preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
