Overview

As an Engineering Manager for Clari’s Data Platform, you will lead a team of backend engineers to develop and scale a mission-critical data platform that powers key features like Analytics and Forecasting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• 10+ years in the software industry with a focus on Java backend development.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS architecture.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proven success in managing scalable, high-availability services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Background in large-scale SaaS platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with ETL workflows preferred.
• Track record of leading teams through transformation phases preferred.
