Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B.
  • Experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry.
  • Proficient in managing pipelines with CRM tools (preferably Hubspot).
  • Strong cold calling and networking skills.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
  • Understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Highly organized and analytical.
