Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide strategic human resources leadership, advice, consultation and coaching to business leaders across the organization regarding talent management, people & culture programs, employee relations and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of US benefits and compensation management.
• Understanding of employment regulations and compliance programs.
• HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
• Experience in high volume, multi-faceted environments.
• Passion for enhancing candidate experience.
