Overview

As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will help CivicPlus turn AI into practical, secure, and scalable solutions that improve productivity, quality, and decision-making across the business.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI enablement use cases.
• Develop integrations between AI services and internal systems.
• Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish best practices for responsible AI usage.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams.
• Create documentation and technical standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing AI automations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in software or automation engineering.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and automations.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs and data integration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience documenting workflows and standards.
