The Senior Telecommunicator is a key member of the Inbound Communications team, responsible for bridging daily operations and supporting both new and tenured team members while ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fully remote environment.

• Directly intervenes or provides real time support in voice interactions with agitated or dissatisfied callers

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 5 or more years in a high-volume healthcare contact center
• Must be open to 8 hour shifts or 12 hour shifts
