Overview

As a Senior Technical Communicator at Fiserv, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for our products, playing a crucial role in ensuring clear communication of technical concepts.

• Work with internal teams to understand product and documentation requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of Technical Writer experience in software documentation.
• Proficiency in writing clear and accurate content in U.S. English.
• Experience with documentation tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of technical writing experience is preferred.
• Background in the financial services or banking industry is a plus.
