Overview

The Major Sites Principal Planner plays a critical role on the Development team, leading major planning initiatives on Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island. This position coordinates site design, feasibility studies, and public processes for large-scale sites, ensuring that developments are feasible, sustainable, and aligned with the City of San Francisco’s goals.

  • Success in leading public processes.
  • Expertise in site design and feasibility studies.
  • Knowledge of public-private partnership dynamics.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects.
  • Understanding of equity principles in development.
