Principal Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

The Principal Scrum Master is a servant leader responsible for facilitating squad delivery while ensuring proper governance of process, acting as a trusted coach, and promoting best practices in project management and scrum mastery.

In Short

• Facilitate squad delivery and remove impediments.
• Interact with CoE’s on status and collaboration.
• Liaise with Product Owner and Tribe/Hub Stakeholders.
• Ensure Squad Manager Tool is up to date.
• Plan and chair key meetings and distribute minutes.
• Create and maintain projects in JIRA.
• Train users and oversee JIRA backlog sessions.
• Manage release planning in accordance with Change Management policy.
• Lead Agile Ceremonies.
• Act as a leader within the community of Scrum Masters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of agile methodology.
• Understanding of the end-to-end Institutional post trade Derivatives lifecycle.
• Experience with messaging systems and protocols (e.g., SQL, MQ, Sftp, MS Azure, XLST).
