Overview

As Head of Learning & Development, you'll play a key role in leading the creation and delivery of CCH's learning and development strategy.

• Shape and drive the L&D strategy aligned to business strategy.

• Proven track record in developing L&D strategy.
• Experience leading L&D teams in transformational environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent knowledge of learning methodologies and facilitation.
• Experience in leadership development programmes.
• Formal coaching qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commercial acumen in programme development.
• Change management and project management experience.
• Experience managing L&D budgets.
