Overview

The VP, Compliance Risk Management Officer is responsible for establishing compliance strategies and frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulations within the organization.

• Establish internal compliance strategies and policies.

• Analyze compliance risk assessments and prepare reports.

• Engage with various teams within Citi for compliance efforts.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and new risks.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects effectively.

Requirements

• Knowledge of compliance laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in compliance or legal functions.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
