Overview

As a Regulatory Compliance Officer at dLocal, you will support all Compliance and Regulatory matters related to the business and operations, helping to maintain oversight for legal entities while enabling business growth and preventing regulatory harm.

• Provide legal knowledge on financial and fintech regulations in APAC.
• Advise internal teams on regulatory requirements and potential risks.
• Train stakeholders on compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor legal and regulatory impacts across divisions.
• Drive compliance with statutory requirements.
• Create awareness of regulatory importance company-wide.
• Draft company policies and internal processes.
• Maintain a compliance calendar and submit legal returns.
• Advise on AML, CFT, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in law, compliance, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a regulatory or compliance role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in an international company or financial institution.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail.
• Professional and responsible attitude.
