• Senior full stack developer responsible for business book of work delivery.
• Champion best practices in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Drive continuous improvement in SDLC, agile, and DevOps processes.
• Participate in design, planning, and estimation discussions.
• Facilitate requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Oversee project and technical documentation maintenance.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the SDLC.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Oversee production support processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Analyze issue patterns to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Essential skills: Java and Test-Driven Development.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities in fast-paced development environments.
• Experience working autonomously and interacting with tech leads.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with additional technologies like Cloud Technologies, SQL Server, MongoDB, and S3 is advantageous.
