Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Client Services environment.
• Strong background in Custody operations.
• Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for process evaluation and improvement.
• Ability to manage financials and resources effectively.
• Experience in risk management and compliance.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience.
