Overview

Cart.com is seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to bridge the gap between clients and operations teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

  • Ability to adapt to change and work under stress.
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills.
  • Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and retail business.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Diplomacy and ability to influence outcomes.
