Global Security Intelligence Center Manager - SVP - Remote

Overview

The GSIC Manager is a senior management level position responsible for managing a team to prevent, monitor, and respond to security incidents within Citi's Global Security and Intelligence Centers.

In Short

• Manage GSIC operations including CCTV monitoring and response.
• Oversee threat monitoring and workplace violence programs.
• Ensure effective team management and coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for security operations.
• Maintain key performance indicators for productivity and risk management.
• Coordinate training and oversight for GSIC functions.
• Engage with local enforcement and government agencies.
• Source and manage GSIC vendors.
• Provide incident response support to security managers.
• Report directly to the Global GSIC Director.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience in security operations and managing security centers.
• Familiarity with banking security regulations.
• Knowledge of threat assessment and risk management strategies.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to brief executives and stakeholders on security matters.
• Military or law enforcement experience is an asset.
• Education in Security Management or related field is preferred.
