• Experience in launching talent research functions.
• Familiarity with tools like Workday and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence across senior levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams.
