Overview

We are seeking to recruit a client focused leader at C15 Director level to support Securities Services Operations, responsible for leadership of CitiService teams across NAM and managing senior client relationships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with large institutional clients.
• Proven record in leading large organizations.
• Strong experience in driving change and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Effective leadership and partnership skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
