Overview

The Business Analysis Group Manager will be a key member of Citi’s Data Engineering department, responsible for designing and optimizing data infrastructure to support liquidity risk management and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data architecture.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and risk management.
• Experience in project management and software development life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
