In Short

• Perform in-depth analytical deep-dives to uncover actionable insights on marketplace dynamics, user behavior, and conversion levers.
• Partner with the CFO to shape and operationalize the company’s strategic roadmap.
• Design KPI frameworks and performance dashboards in collaboration with Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Transform complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on prioritization and problem-solving.
• Contribute to a positive work culture focused on employee well-being.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration across various teams.
• Utilize big data technologies to derive insights at scale.
• Communicate effectively with senior and cross-functional audiences.
• Enjoy remote work with occasional travel for in-person meetings.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expert SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R) and BI tool (Looker, Tableau).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to link analytics to business outcomes and influence performance.
• Strong prioritization skills and pragmatic problem-solving approach.
