Overview

The Applications Support Senior Analyst is responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, ensuring stability and compliance while managing third-party SaaS applications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Single Sign-On and MFA implementation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Teams, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage workload effectively.
• Experience in application development and support.
• Familiarity with problem management tools.
