The Applications Support Senior Analyst is responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, ensuring stability and efficiency while managing application environments.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Application Support.
• Proficiency in Mainframe COBOL, DB2, JCL, and API.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with problem management tools.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep domain knowledge in FIS Systematics Advanced Loan System.
• Experience in leading Corebanking projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to drive problem management initiatives.
