Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience with programming languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills and experience with problem management tools.
• Good technical skills in AIX, Linux, Oracle, SQL, and other technologies.
• Ability to plan and organize workload effectively.
• Understanding of Payment Flows and Systems.
• Experience with Autosys Job Scheduling.
• Basic understanding of network topology and security.
• SRE skillset is preferable.
