In Short

• Prioritise, schedule, and administer all Updates, Upgrades and Major software releases.
• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process.
• Evaluate documented resolutions and analyse trends.
• Develop and document change requests capturing all customer requirements.
• Perform hands-on fixes on the Sales and Service Performance Management applications.
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups.
• Identify and learn appropriate software applications.
• Attend Customer workshops to provide Technical application advice.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• At least 2 years in technical support facing customers.
• 2 years of experience with application development using Object oriented, JAVA, Windows Forms, SQL.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Technical development/debugging and diagnosis skills.
• Integration experience with desktop enterprise software applications.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent).
