Overview

As a Sales Manager (SMB) at Cirrus, you will lead and grow a team of Account Executives focused on selling LED display solutions through a subscription-based model. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching your team to drive new business, optimize the sales funnel, and exceed revenue targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can execute sales strategies, refine processes, and ensure a high-performing sales culture.

  • Experience leading teams of 5+ sales reps.
  • Proficiency with Sales Methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, SPICED).
  • Strong communicator with the ability to motivate sales talent.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
