Overview

As a Cirrus Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. You will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact.

In Short

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities
  • Respond to inbound SMB leads
  • Perform outreach through calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify MQLs into SQLs
  • Set meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain data in CRM
  • Create relationships with customers
  • Present product information
  • Perform follow-up communications
  • Contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Ability to learn the sign business
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Independent/self-starter
  • Prior sales success/lead qualification experience
  • Outbound prospecting experience preferred
  • Practical knowledge of general technology
  • Working knowledge of GoogleSuite, CRM, and Social Media tools
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience within the sign industry is a plus
