Overview

Momentum Worldwide is looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and dynamic Vice President, Account Director of Business Leadership to be a key member of a growing team working across a wide variety of programs for one of the leading business services firms. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and impactful B2B marketing solutions within the experiential space. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, ensure client satisfaction, and elevate the agency’s reputation as a leader in experiential marketing.

In Short

  • Responsible for growth and profitability of top-tier business services account and attaining annual revenue and contribution margin targets.
  • Provide category and channel expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals.
  • Provide expert direction and oversight across strategy development and marketing activation.
  • Integral member of brand team, developing and managing client business.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for senior client executives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Develop staffing plans to support the business.
  • Lead agency teams in developing and delivering exceptional programs.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Actively contribute to new business efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Marketing.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the experiential marketing landscape.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Willing and interested in travel.
  • Self-motivated and able to problem solve.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
