Responsible Business Client Director - Remote

Overview

The Responsible Business Client Director will shape Cielo's strategic Responsible Business client and product strategy, working closely with sales, product, and client services.

• Work with the Senior Vice President to shape strategic client and product strategy.
• Lead insights-driven transformation talent partnerships.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the talent acquisition space.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Responsible Business client strategy.
• Research and analyze market insights related to ESG and inclusive recruitment.
• Develop strategies for skills-based hiring and AI impacts.
• Supervise a team of Responsible Business Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with global EDI and RB standards.
• Collaborate with legal teams on adherence to standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Qualifications in Sustainability or ESG preferred.
• Experience in strategic TA planning and full talent cycle.
• Knowledge of global ESG and EDI best practices.
• Experience in product development and commercial acumen.
• Digital transformation and AI knowledge required.
• Project management and change management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
