Marketing Operations Specialist (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist (Contract) to support our marketing team with automation, analytics, and process optimization. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in establishing processes for the first time, finding areas for improvement, and thrives in directing their efforts toward most impactful areas across auditing, strategy, and implementation of Marketing Operations in support of Marketing and Sales.

In Short

• Manage and optimize Hubspot account and software integrations.
• Establish and improve lead capture, routing, scoring, and lifecycle tracking.
• Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and governance across Hubspot.
• Build and manage Hubspot assets and processes for Marketing and Sales.
• Set up tracking, campaign tagging, and reporting dashboards.
• Troubleshoot lead flow, campaign tracking, and automation issues.
• Develop dashboards in Hubspot, Metabase, and Google Analytics.
• Audit current Marketing Operations setup and identify gaps.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and integrations.
• Define and document Marketing Operations processes.

Requirements

• 3-7 years in Marketing Operations for a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Strong experience with Hubspot's Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hubs.
• Deep understanding of lead management and marketing analytics.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-impact optimizations.
• Experience with BI tools and Google Analytics preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or scripting languages is a plus.
