Senior Software Engineer (Rewards Data) - Remote

Overview

As a senior software engineer, you will join our rewards data team to assist in building and maintaining user-facing and internal applications to support rewards reporting and financial performance monitoring.

In Short

• Design and develop new features based on stakeholder discussions.
• Support and collaborate with fellow engineers and other teams.
• Innovate and seek continuous improvement in staking services.
• Participate in on-call rotation approximately 2 days per month.
• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience with server-side software in production.
• Proficient in Python, with knowledge of Rust and Go as an advantage.
• Experience using SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with implementing REST APIs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the Switzerland ± 6 hours time zone.
