Overview

The National Account Manager, Walmart is responsible for delivering the revenue, distribution and trade funding objectives for the channel in accordance with company sales plans and customer P&L.

In Short

  • Deliver key financial metrics versus Plan.
  • Contribute to both current year and long-range plan forecasts.
  • Achieve business objectives for merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving.
  • Own the forecast in partnership with the Business Analytics Team.
  • Advise commercialization team on new items and fixtures.
  • Build long-range plans with the Director of Sales.
  • Engage cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
  • Support monthly meetings with key buyers.
  • Co-own a one-pager for internal sales performance updates.
  • Exemplify the traits of a Chompian: dedicated and collaborative.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • Experience working with Walmart.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in sales planning and trade management.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker with strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience with trade management and demand planning software.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
