Overview

The VP, Food Safety & Quality Assurance will lead the strategic direction, development, implementation, and management of food safety and quality assurance programs at Chomps, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in food safety and quality assurance.
• Experience with USDA and regulatory audits.
• Knowledge of CFR Food & Drugs, USDA standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing product recalls.
• Ability to drive change and foster collaboration.
• Experience in a large-scale food organization.
• Knowledge of SQF and GFSI standards.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role.
