The Senior Director of Manufacturing (Base) is responsible for overseeing the management of third-party manufacturing partners, ensuring product quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in food manufacturing, preferably with meat.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements.
