Overview

The Client Advocate/Paralegal position at Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick (CCK) focuses on providing support to disabled military veterans and their families, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and service.

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the Veterans Practice Group.
• Manage a high volume of client calls and correspondence.
• Provide timely updates on cases and answer client questions.
• Utilize internal systems for accurate information retrieval.
• Draft basic forms and written correspondence.
• Update case management files with client interactions.
• Attend training sessions and assist in training new staff.
• Work full-time, Monday through Friday with set shifts.
• Remote work available in specified states.
• Compensation includes benefits like medical insurance and PTO.

Requirements

• High School degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in client services or customer support is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
