Overview

This role requires Spanish proficiency and is focused on supporting veterans in their pursuit of VA benefits.

In Short

• Support Attorneys and Senior Paralegal staff in advocating for veterans.
• Review client records for VA claims.
• Communicate with clients over the phone.
• Complete administrative tasks for case progression.

Requirements

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Spanish proficiency at a professional level.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in client services or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools and ability to learn new software.
