As a Virtual Manager, you will lead a team of agents dedicated to assisting Veterans in understanding and securing their benefits. You will play a key role in training, mentoring, and ensuring the success of your team while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.

  • Ensure all processes adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance sales, financial services, or Veteran benefits (preferred but not required).
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Passion for helping Veterans and their families.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
  • State insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
