Collaborate Across Various XFN Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities for enhancing operations, making a significant impact on the channel and support agent experience.
Champion Improvements: Be a driving force behind process, policy, and product improvements, with a focus on elevating the quality of our most critical member issues.
Requirements
Diverse Analytical Background: Experience in various analytical roles such as business operations, product operations, product management, program management, business consulting, or finance.
Data Proficiency and Enthusiasm: The ability to harness data for informed decision-making; familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
Excellent XFN Project Collaboration: Previous experience working on substantial projects involving cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and Initiative: Flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile to execute complex projects or a strong background in process management and continuous improvement.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
