Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Loyalty Cloud to provide strategic guidance, implementation, and support for our clients, ensuring they leverage the full value of Salesforce.

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions focused on Loyalty processes.
• Lead Salesforce implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for clients.
• Stay current on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
• Work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Contribute to community volunteering activities.
• Travel regionally and occasionally internationally based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce, focusing on Loyalty Cloud.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Loyalty Cloud processes and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on technical consulting experience in a major software domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively.
