Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Salesforce is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the maximum value from their Signature Success Plan, providing guidance and support throughout the customer journey.

In Short

  • Serve as a primary resource for Salesforce Signature customer organizations.
  • Manage customer onboarding and contract renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Align with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Drive Customer Success Score metrics.
  • Handle escalations and manage red accounts.
  • Provide a unified Signature experience across Salesforce.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to improve implementation health.
  • Facilitate discussions at all organizational levels.
  • Work in the office or on customer sites 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, SaaS, or Technology Consulting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products.
  • Strong consultative and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence at the C-level.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Experience in project leadership.
  • Curiosity and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage technical resources.
  • Understanding of customer needs and business value.
