Overview

The Business Development Representative will work directly with the CEO and Sales leadership to execute the go-to-market strategy for strategic accounts and new services, focusing on high-quality outreach and lead generation.

In Short

  • Partner with the CEO and Sales Leaders to define outreach campaigns.
  • Research detailed information on target ICPs and stakeholders.
  • Execute high-volume outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Experiment with messaging and automation tools to improve engagement.
  • Manage leads and activities in HubSpot with accurate tracking.
  • Stay current on industry trends and buyer needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a growth-focused sales role.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and GTM strategy.
  • Research skills for identifying accounts and insights.
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
  • Tenacity and resilience with a high-energy approach.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action.
  • Curiosity about emerging tech and passion for client success.
  • Motivated to grow a career in sales with cold outreach experience.
