  • Strong technical skills in Javascript/Node.js preferred.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated in a remote-first environment.
  • Exceptional empathy and curiosity towards customer success.
  • Relevant experience in Solutions Engineering in dev-tools SaaS.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in reading, writing, and debugging code.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
  • Exceptional empathy and curiosity for customer success.
  • Proactive mindset for building long-lasting customer partnerships.
  • Experience in Solutions Engineering, ideally in a dev-tools SaaS environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Based in the US: ET, CT or MT.
