Overview

As a Safety Sales Representative at 3M, you will leverage your experience in safety and sales to drive growth in the Personal Safety business across the Eastern Edmonton and Northern Alberta territories.

In Short

  • Drive positive sales growth for the Personal Safety business.
  • Deliver training and education to maximize product effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on product launches.
  • Manage territory effectively and prioritize customer needs.
  • Utilize a company vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
  • May require up to 70% domestic travel.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Support and guide from leadership in a collaborative environment.
  • Encouragement of curiosity and creativity in the workplace.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or higher.
  • Three years of safety/industrial experience.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills.
  • Channel or manufacturer sales experience preferable.
  • Experience with pipeline management and relationship building.
  • Strong computer skills including database management.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Pre-employment motor vehicle history review required.
