Overview

The HR Services Talent Acquisition Coordinator at 3M will collaborate with a diverse team to manage end-to-end requisition processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

In Short

  • Act as an advisor to hiring managers on requisitions and candidates.
  • Own full life cycle recruiting for various roles.
  • Validate hiring requirements and develop job postings.
  • Manage candidate workflow through the selection process.
  • Initiate offer processing and track applicant flow.
  • Provide guidance to new managers on hiring processes.
  • Ensure a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform data entry and maintain the resume database.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal organizations.
  • Support plant recruiting strategies as a talent advisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or HR Back Office.
  • Fully Trilingual in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures.
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition processes preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage in a virtual working environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build productive relationships at all levels.
  • Presentation skills.
