We are seeking a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Global HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead and own the recruiting function while providing essential support across HR operations. This is not an entry-level role, it is built for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership of the hiring lifecycle, and is passionate about creating efficient, scalable people processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment practices.
  • Proficiency in ATS, preferably Workable.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
  • Experience with metrics tracking and reporting.
