The ASD IC Channel Manager at 3M is responsible for managing and developing ASD channels in the East region of China, focusing on key areas such as Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui.

In Short

  • Manage ASD Channels in East region including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui.
  • Develop new channels in the East region.
  • Manage POS inventory and analyze POS sell-out data.
  • Forecast demand for products.
  • Support execution of market programs from the ASD division.
  • Provide training to distributors online and offline.
  • Hold periodic business reviews with key channels.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance creativity and innovation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Contribute to 3M's mission of applying science to improve lives.

Requirements

  • Experience in channel management or sales.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis.
  • Ability to forecast demand accurately.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Experience in managing POS systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of market programs and execution strategies.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the East region.
