The Specialist, Onboarding Compliance at Charlie Health will manage HR compliance tasks related to clinical staff onboarding, ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met before new hires begin their roles.

• Manage personnel file activities from start to finish.

Requirements

• 1 year of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
• Experience with regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
